Available spaces

Application details 

We invite applications from arts organisations, and artists residing in the Wellington region. Applications need to align with the Toi Aro Moemoeā (Vision), Tuakana-Teina Kaupapa, and one or more of the focus areas of Council’s Aho Tini 2030 Arts, Culture and Creativity Strategy. 

Before you start your application

  1. Read the full Re-imagined Toi Pōneke Applications Guidelines. This has information about our Ngā Tuapapa Taketake (foundation baselines), Moemoeā (Vision), Tuakana-Teina Kaupapa, Aho Tini 2030 Strategy, the building, the spaces, rentals, Tuakana and Teina role descriptions, and application information

  2. Review the space requirements, Floor plans.

  3. Review the Tuakana-Teina Narrative Guide.

  4. Review the relevant Licence Agreement to understand the terms and conditions. If successful you will have a chance to carry out due diligence before progressing to signing the agreement.
